Package prices include - The home, including all furniture as standard in brochure (this varies slightly depending on model) transportation of home from manufacturer, siting, and fencing around your plot. All prices include IVA (vat ). PRICES FROM 01/01/2007

A plot can be reserved for 7000 euros, which will be held for up to 3 months while you choose and place your order. On order 50% of the remaining cost is payable with the balance payable on delivery of the home.

Your site fees per year are 3284.50 euros inclusive of IVA. There are no service charges or council taxes to pay. No hidden extras. Please note that the rental is for a plot of 195-200 sq.m. You will find most sites offer smaller pitches and add service charges as an extra. It pays to look at detail.

Electricity and water are metered and reasonably priced. Gas is available to buy on site.

Our suggestions :

Fly screens are a necessity. Air conditioning is a must if you are
intending to live here all year, and there are never enough electric
sockets fitted as standard. Most people have a shed for their washing
machines, unless you choose the bigger homes, which have room in the
kitchen. Kitchens all come with gas hobs but no ovens.

The rent of 3284.50 euros per year, for a 195- 200sq.m plot is extra.
This includes all service/maintenance charges & iva (vat).

Contracts will run from 1st of January to 31st of December. The rent will be due & payable on the 1st January each year.

If any rent increases are necessary we guarantee that they will be kept in line with inflation rates.

This is a residential site, therefore No commercial letting of homes is permitted.

Pets are allowed max of 2 per plot.
