The homes we offer are made here in Spain by Lercasa Master. They are a family run company in Burgos in the north of Spain, and the homes are the best the Spanish market has to offer. They are of the highest quality both in the construction and furnishings, of any we have seen here, built specifically for the Spainsh climate.  We are happy enough with them to
not put a life span time limit on them. Although we offer the standard floor plan options, we can also design a layout to suit individual requirement, at no extra cost. Each home is made to order, and the usual time scale from order to delivery is 8 weeks, although this can vary depending on the time of year and fiestas.

All homes come fully furnished and a range of extra cost items are also available to be added in during manufacture. See our prices page for a list of extras and costs. These include things like central heating and air conditioning.

The plots are 200sq.m plus and the price quoted will include siting of the home, fencing of the plot and skirting to the underneath of the home. We can also supply and fit patio tiling as an option, or you can D.I.Y. if you prefer.
